Egremont FM update
Most local readers will have noticed the gold insert in this months ‘Egremont Today’ chocka with news on Creative Egremont.....Well, don’t ignore unmissable competitions such as choosing the first ever song played on Egremont FM, our radio station starting Feb. 16th. There’s also updates on other projects like our kids’ competition to design the lighting scheme for Egremont castle - entry forms are available all over the town in venues including Lowes Court Gallery and the library.
We’re also very pleased to welcome onboardAlison Southward who has joined us as Radio Co-ordinator. She’ll be organising the schedule and making programmes with local people, so get in touch with us if would like to get involved with the station (no previous experience required!)

HAPPY CHRISTMAS from Creative Egremont
...But we are not resting on our laurels!
Between wrapping presents and singing carols the CE team are preparing a special newspaper which will land on your doormat with Egremont Today in January (and downloadable from here if you’re unlucky enough not to live in Egremont!). Many thanks to everyone who has contributed something to karen our coordinator.
We’re also about to launch a kids’ competition to design something really special in the middle of town - watch this space to find out what!
